Why choose FCD lighting?
Currently, lumen/watt values for LED are still around 80lm/w. FCD has an effective 103lm/w efficiency, tested report is disclosed in the presentation. Using our patented aluminum reflector, we are able to increase the effiiency of the luminaire upto 2.5 times more.
FCD is a mono-block bulb, long lifetime, and very efficient with daylight color temperature which is ideal for Street Lighting.
Prices for Export Market are almost %40-50 less than other high quality LED competitor prices. 70W FCD can replace 250W HPS, whereas LED can only compete in this case with their 120-140W solutions. (Refer to the benchmark study for 250w HPS street lighting)
Another advantage is to utilize the currently installed fixtures, if they are over IP65, and they are aluminum injection type fixtures, then inside aluminum reflector can be custom designed specifically for such luminaires. There will be a simple change with the socket base, and very light-weight electronic ballast will replace the other magnetic ballast installed in the fixture.
We are able to educate your installation crew on how to complete the replacement as possible.
