Global Frozen Food, which exports to many countries today, began its journey in 2006 with the export of chicken foot and chicken products.The chicken feet collected from the chicken slaughterhouses in Turkey are processed in our factory.
Our factory, with its machine park renewed in 2009, has a 3000 m2 closed space, 1000 m2 open space, 1 MT/hour shocking capacity and 150 MT storage capacity. Our monthly capacity is planned to be 1000 MT with the usage of the new machine park in May.
The quality of our products is guaranteed by quick-shocking at -35 Celsius, and they are transported in 40"FCL HC Reefer containers to our customers after being frozen at -18 Celsius. Our long-term customers can use their own code to trace the production steps on our web site.
