"DINA FABRICS" one of the most spectacular fabric wholesaler; was established in January 1995 with the major of sheers & drapery fabrics exportation. Dina Fabrics is owned by one of the largest upholstery manufacturer & wholesaler of Turkey "EROL TURKUN TEXTILE GROUP".
Textile is a family tradition for EROL TURKUN TEXTILE GROUP.
Group chairman and founder Mr. EROL TURKUN is the third generation textile producer from both his mother and father's side.He started with the company in 1976, with eight weaving machines & today he ownes 11 companies with 850 employees.
Group consists of two upholstery fabric manufacturing mills, one polyester yarn spinning & sheer manufacturing mill, one dying and finishing mill and one cut and sew mill.
The production of DINA FABRICS is held by perfectly well equipped polyester yarn spinner & sheer producer "MEGA TEXTILE" in Bursa. The company operates its own polyester yarn facilities by using Zinser yarn spinning equipment & operates its own weaving facilities by using best jaquard machines Dornier & Sulzer Ruti.
Other production plant, in the same group, work on dying, finishing, wet print, transfer print & special treatments such as fire retardance - oil and stain resistantance. Again in the group; there is the cut & sew section operates for finished products such as curtains,table linens, cushions, bed spreads.
VANELLI, the sister company of DINA, operates as the export company for upholstery fabrics & the finished products such as curtains,table linens, cushions, bed spreads.
The Group also owns five home furnishing shops, operating in common market sales with the finished products & imported home accesories.
Each Factory has it's own fully computerized design studio. In these studios DINA and VANELLI are preparing their own collections and it is also possible to prepare special customer designs. To prepare these collections;the group has more then thirty designers in total working on jacquard and print designs.
For to help the designers; a foreigner supervisor is collecting trend and color information all around the world.
All designs, being used in the collections, are original designs and that they are registered at the patent office in Turkey to protect the intellectual property rights.
DINA is participating the biggest Hometextile fair HEIMTEXTIL in Frankfurt and also taking part in DECOSIT (Brussels), EVTEKS (Turkey), INDEX (Dubai) & HEIMTEXTIL- Japan together with the sister company VANELLI.
Exports have been the key in the company's growth. Approximately 60% of the capacity is being exported.
Being a vertical supplier is helping the group to be more sufficent in competition. The collection is becoming bigger with all the connected items.
Our philosophy is to integrate the group sufficiently.
