We can fabricate in ether sheet materials or using angles, box sections or tube.We produce metal fabrications for electrical, electronic and medical applications as well as products for the marine and architectural markets. We are currently supplying a large amount of metal fabrication work for the UK rail industry.PEM Sheet metal is a precision metal fabricator of frame work for use in electrical enclosures as well as process pipe work and equipment for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.We employ the latest technologies and machinery to manufacture your products. We offer CNC Punching and CNC forming - these are interfaced directly to our CAD. PEM has over 5500 hours per month welding capacity, the largest sub contract precision welding capacity in Essex. We use state of the art TIG welding to produce complex fabrications and enclosures.
