VENTURE CAPITAL SERVICES
We assist clients in the small to medium sized enterprise ("SME") market in raising venture capital through our affiliation as a full member of Cavendish Management Resources ("CMR") , and provide financial and management advice to make the client's business or project investor-ready. Other than a small upfront admin fee, CMR's compensation is earned only when we are successful in raising money, through introductions to CMR's network of private investors.
SALES AND MARKETING CONSULTANCY
We offer bespoke solutions to companies wishing to revive sales. We will research the market, talk to existing customers, identify prospects, create a marketing plan and assist in budgeting the plan, and create systems to monitor the implementation of the plan. We will work closely with management to help them better utilise existing resources, and provide training in managing the marketing plan, if needed. Often management advice on other aspects of the client's operation is a necessary adjunct to the sales and marketing advice, once we begin our investigation of the company. However, revival of sales is the primary focus, with a secondary goal of maintaining an advisory role for other services, if needed.
FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
Sometimes new financing is not needed, but companies may simply need outside advice to sort through the day-to-day management issues that distract from articulating or following long-term strategies, or they may be suffering from the lack of a long-term focus. With rapid technological change and globalisation upsetting many markets, sometimes an outside perspective is needed to notice longer-term trends. We bring a wealth of experience from exposure to many industries over many years, to help companies take stock, identify underlying trends, spot problems, and offer solutions, both for short-term cashflow fixes, and for longer-term prosperity and success
