Disc Imprints is a full-service CD / DVD duplication facility located in Charlotte, NC. We cater mostly to smaller bands and record labels looking to promote themselves on a regional scale. However, we do not limit ourselves; we have no minimum or maximum quantity order requirements. As a one-stop shop, we provide a comprehensive set of services to complete an entire promotional package. Our services include duplication, replication, printing, packaging, UPC barcode generation, shipping, t-shirts, posters, flyers, business cards, stickers, vehicle wraps, and media transfers. We also have a ministry media division that designs and implements low to high-end audio / visual systems for houses of worship.
Our company opened its doors for business in January, 2007. We are a very new company, but our crew of nine professionals has over 10 years experience in the production and duplication industry. As of right now, our offices and production shop occupy 3, 500 square feet, but are expandable to 20, 000 square feet as we continually grow. Our building is in an industrial section of south Charlotte with easy access to I-77 and Charlotte-Douglas airport.
We currently run two 10-bay Micro boards CD duplication towers, and two 10-bay Micro boards DVD duplication towers. Our Rimage Prism and Everest automated printers handle all of our thermal disc surface printing. Our automated jewel case wrapper makes the necessary seals and folds to give the product the necessary finish to fit on store shelves. We are in the process of setting up an online-ordering system where the customer can choose, design, and order the products / services they need.
