Wild and Pure Simple Body Care

Wild and Pure Simple Body Care is a mother and daughter effort to bring totally chemical-free, hypoallergenic products to the educated consumer. And our ultimate goal is to make them affordable for people who need them.
I hold a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and have been an Herbalist for almost 30 years. My daughter, Naima Feagin, took what she learned from me about medicinal herbs and began experimenting with natural body care products. She created beautifully scented sprays and therapeutic bath salts and massage oils, and gave them as Christmas gifts in 2004. The response was so overwhelming that we took the plunge and went into business.

Approximately one year later we now supply several local stores with our product, either as Wild and Pure or through private labeling (storeowners love this option and we are still helping people find high quality, simple body care). We recently obtained product liability insurance which opens even more doors for us to get into spas, gyms and large supermarket chains. Look for us everywhere over the next couple of years!

Our products have as few ingredients as possible and we use only natural preservatives, e. G. Rosemary extract, tea tree and grapefruit seed extract. Our scents are pure essential oils from plants only! (No fragrance or perfumes and tolerated well by even the highly allergic. ) You will notice a distinct lightness about our scented products, however, every product comes in an unscented version too (except for our moisturizing lotion - not yet anyway).

We infuse our oils with herbs and flowers, a 10 hour process that creates a delightful carrier oil for specific purposes (see our Massage/Bath Oils). Our Bath Salts are hand stirred creating a perfectly luscious and even consistency while infusing therapeutic essential oils into the batch. Our Facial Toner is amazing and comes in Geranium for enlarged pores and skin enhancing qualities, and Lavender for antimicrobial cleansing.
