I (am not) an active agent or broker nor am I a mandate, however I am well connected. My attorney is the chief legal counsel to a very reliable and credible USA based crude supplier.
Very favorable prices well below world market prices. Absolutely no brokers, not even one. Either direct buyer or mandate only.
*Quantity must be at least 6 million barrels monthly, 12 month contract, (NO Spot Contracts). FYI supplier will not ship to the following countries (North Korea, Nigeria, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, Libya, Russia and Greece).
*The four general procedures to closing a deal:
1) I will respond to your email via phone call and I will send supplier your specifications. If supplier can meet the needs of buyer, supplier will then send buyer an (RFQ) Request for Quote.
2) If buyer finds the suppliers (RFQ) to be favorable, the buyer will then need to send the supplier a valid UCP 600 Bank issued Preadvised irrevocable transferable [DLC] for proof of funds. [DLC] must be no older than 5 days [NO EXCEPTIONS].
3) If suppliers bank clears the DLC, the supplier will then send buyer an [O.T.S.] Offer to Sell Contract.
4) If buyer approves suppliers offer to sale contract, then only thing left is closing the deal, i.e. Contract, Payment and delivery terms.
*FYI Being though I will be the only [intermediary] involved in this deal and that I am only dealing with either the mandate or direct buyer on buyers side, my commission must be $3.80 per barrel, as mandate representatives do not partake in commission payouts.
*Payment terms: UCP 600 Bank Issued Preadvised Irrevocable DLC Transferable.
