We establish processes and services based on the highest quality standards, official and international, which allows us to sustain the technical information and microbiologic analysis that guarantee the quality of our food products.
No cardboard
All our food products are transported in plastic containers ideal for hygiene, pest control and waste handling.
FIFO Control
Trying to help our clients with the FIFO (First in first out) in its ware houses, each container and / or products have a sticker with the entrance date.
Training
Our quality department offers information, training, and procedures on the hygienic handling of the food products, the washing and disinfections of the fruits and vegetables, and any other information on the food processes and services.
Washing and disinfection process
Our trained personnel rely on procedures and organic products for the washing and disinfecting the food products. Our clients can hire this service or ask for our advice to install these procedures.
At SAESA Group we have the experience of proving over 25, 000 meals a day in different States in Mexico, for nationally and internationally renowned companies and institutions.
We offer a wide range of products; we worry about taking care of all areas related to cafeterias and institutional food services, from the moment a product enters our kitchens until it is served on the customers table, also, we are very concerned about our team and technical facilities
