The principal behind mindspa is simple. Mindspa utilizes specifically tuned frequencies of light and gentle sound to shift your mind into one of two major States: Either a deeply relaxed, or highly stimulated state depending upon desired outcome.

Mindspa's auditory and visual programs range in length from 10 to 40 minutes. The proprietary programs developed in the us by clinical psychologist dr. Ruth olmstead are typcally used with eyes closed in a quiet place two to three times per week


Mindspa utilizes the natural ability of the brain to reduce stress by training it to enter the relaxation state, or alpha state in 20 minutes or less.
