Roko Alloys

Roko Alloys operates its own warehousing and processing facilities in the port town of Mobile, Alabama (U.S.A) where it aggregates and processes material from its worldwide customer base. The company also operates storage facilities in the Republic of Georgia and Malaysia and owns a turbine tear down facility in Thailand where is specializes in the dismantling and recycling of large aerospace and ground based turbine engines.

The company is fully engaged in the buying and selling of high temperature alloys (nickel, cobalt and titanium) on an international level. Through partnerships, Roko Alloys is accredited with all major vacuum and high temperature melters worldwide. Roko Alloys supplies fully processed nickel, cobalt and titanium revert material directly to the melting industry.

All of our operations utilize environmentally friendly practices and meet the highest standards in quality control and environmental health and safety management.

Roko Holdings LLC (dba Roko Alloys) was originally established and incorporated in Thailand in 2006 by Mr. Jeremy Tew and Mr. Michael Rock, both of whom have extensive experience in the scrap metal recycling industry. With the expansion of the business into a variety of markets around the globe the decision was made in 2010 to reestablish our corporate headquarters in the U.S.A. to better serve our end-use customers. Roko Alloys U.S.A. operates out of a new 23,000 sq. ft. facility located 10 minutes from the Mobile, Alabama seaports.

The company is still fully engaged in markets outside the U.S.A. and initiates the majority of its business in Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Roko Holdings has operations in Georgia (Republic of), Malaysia, Thailand and is in the process of opening a trading desk in Hong Kong.

The company's main activities are:

International trading in various types of nonferrous metals for recycling.

Exporting of high temperature alloys from Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Scrap metal clearing and purchasing from airlines, MROs, and OEMs.

Dismantling and recycling of turbine engines.

Refining of precious metals from industrial scrap.


International Presence

U.S.A., The Company has its corporate headquarters in the U.S. where its main trading, processing and financial operations are located. The company operates out of a new 23,000 sq. ft. facility located 10 minutes from the Mobile, Alabama seaports.

Republic of Georgia, The Company is incorporated in Georgia under the trading name of Roko Alloys Georgia Ltd. Our office and recycling yard are located in the Black Sea coastal city of Poti.

Malaysia, The Company is joint-ventured under the trading name of RokoStar Alloys Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia. Our storage facility is located in the city of Shah Alam, about 30 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur.

Thailand, The Company operates a turbine teardown yard in the port state of Chon Buri, located one hour from Bangkok. The Company trades under the name of Roko Alloys Thailand Co. Ltd.

Hong Kong, The Company will be opening a trading desk in HK during the 2011 calendar year.
