We deal in luxury properties as well as mid range properties that can use light cosmetic touch-ups. We have an influx of properties that we get in on a weekly basis. We wholesale them to investors so they can either hold them or "flip" them for the full appraised value of the home. The homes range in value from $300,000 to 10 million. We sell them to investors at anywhere between 65%-80% of the appraised value. We have properties in prestigious communities such as isleworth (the same gated prestigious community here in orlando, fl where such celebrities as grant hill, tiger woods, and shaquille oneil have homes right now), we also have properties across the United States mainly in florida, Georgia, & texas.
