Unlike other producers, our shrimp are NEVER treated with preservatives, chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or water-retaining additives such as Sodium Tri-Poly phosphate or sodium bi-sulfites.
We are different and a leader in the field of Sustainable Aquaculture, from hatchery to plate. Our plans call for wireless monitoring, tracking and management of 60,000 lbs. of Shrimp per day.
in (all scales are wired into our system for monitoring and management) with these numbers given to the farmer with a voucher stating weight and price to be paid within 10 days by bank transfer.
From this point, the shrimp enter a Clean Room environment in the plant of Pure Water for washes and rinses and Pure Air at 50 - 55 degrees for the internal atmosphere of our plant at all times during processing.
The Shrimp now comes into the plant on a vibrator shaker and then on to another weighting scale. The shrimp are now at the DeHeading system. The shrimp are washed again in the receiving tank. The shrimp are loaded on the conveyor system leading to the custom five (5)-lane grader. After grading the shrimp, they go to the five (5) Size Packing Platform scales and packing tables for quality control. The shrimp are then hand packed by size into 5 lb. packing plastic bags.
If the order requires EZ Peel, we will have the shrimp go from grading to our EZ Peeling system receiving tank. Each of 10 Prawn to machines has a high-pressure pure water wash before going to the discharge chutes. There is quality control at this level for EZ Peel before hand packing in 5 lb. plastic bags.
We will have a conveyor belt running into our Instant Quick Freeze (IQF) room.
The plant will utilize intelligent cameras to monitor all movement of product, personnel, water, air, and unwanted intrusions. All monitors and sensors will be monitored and controlled by our central wireless system (using solar and wind energy systems) controlled by Tridium Software.
