HISTORY.
Venmar Inc. Was established in august 1999 as a response to the constantly increasing demand for products and services in the oil, mining, paper, cement and construction industries.
Since the beginning Venmar, Inc. Has been located in Houston, TX, USA.
PURPOSE.
Venmar Inc was created with the purpose of servicing our customers with their equipment procurement and acquisition; offering an extensive red of suppliers for the many different products and brand names that service these industries nowadays.
Venmar Inc. Helps its customers beginning with the pricing request process and thru the equipment purchasing. Our expediting and quality department will assure that the equipment ordered will be provided within the required time frame and will comply with the specific quality requirements.
OUR PEOPLE.
Our staff includes professional people related to the many fields of industry so that we can provide help to our costumers in a diversity of areas, including construction, mechanical, electrical, instruments and safety.
Our sales personnel have several years of accumulated experience working in the procurement of equipment mainly for the oil industry in Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Mining industry in Chile, and also for companies in Abu Dhabi and USA.
ALLIANCES.
We have strategic alliances with some companies in order to provide a better service to our customers. Specifically in Venezuela we have an International Alliance with the company Venemar Supply, C. A located in Maraca Ibo. This alliance allow us to have a direct contact with many of the end users of the companies we service and therefore we can provide a better service based upon specific needs our costumers may have.
In regards to suppliers, at this moment we have strategic alliances with the companies: Graver Water Systems, Ecodyne and MTS Valves, which allow us to provide better pricing and services within the range of equipment they manufacture.
CUSTOMERS.
Today, we have a growing number of companies that we service or have serviced in many opportunities that we can count on as our customers; and we are proud to mention PDVSA, Chevron Texaco Global Technology Services, Shell de Venezuela, Petrolera Ameriven (Agent of Corpoguanipa-Phillips-Texaco) , Kelley Oilfield Equipment, Petroecuador-Petroproduccion, Repsol YPF Ecuador, Repsol YPF Argelia, Jantesa de Venezuela, Planta Fertinitro, Perenco Guatemala.
