our baby wears are designed by experienced designers in New York and manufactured by Ningbo V-Baby co. in China.Intertek, SGS, ITS test are regularly made and OEKO-Tex 100 certified accessories used to keep the high quality. For all underwear and sleepwear which direct contact baby's skin we choose only high quality cotton yarn to bring baby comfort.All fabric used are inspected for appearance of pilling and abrasion. AZO- free dyeing and printing stuff are used to prevent harm on skin and health. We take special care with substances that can provoke skin irritations, allergies and cancer.We only use Nickel-free buttons, zippers and jewelry to avoid skin allergies.Button and zipper are test for durability during production to prevent possible danger on Children. To avoid possible needle broken problem we control the broken needle during sewing and before packing. Each PC will be inspected by broken needle inspection machine.
