Formation & Development Process:-Previously, the Company was Binh Tay Liquor Firm owned by Socciete Francaise des Distilleries de Indochine (SFDIC), Republic of France. The Firm building was officially started in 1900 and entered its operations in 1902.-On May 09, 2005, the Minister of Industry made Decision no. 1664/QD-TCCB approving the scheme and converting Binh Tay Liquor Co. into Binh Tay Liquor Joint Stock Company.-In June 2006, Binh Duong Distillery, belonging to Binh Tay Liquor Joint Stock Company, with output of 4.5 million liters/year was officially commissioned.
