THE COMPANY OVERVIEW
** Everpia Vietnam is the first company invested by 100% Korean fund in Vietnam and has gradually developed with padding, quilting, and bedding business since established in 1993 with the name as Viko Moolsan Co., Ltd.
"Padding": is the Company's basic light industry product which is mostly used for jacket production exported to the US and the EU.
"Quilting": means stitching fiber and fabric together by given patterns.
** In 2006, the Company changed its name into Everpia Vietnam Co., Ltd.
** Since converted to a Joint Stock Company in 2007, the Companys average annual growth rate has been 35% in revenue and 68% in profit. While production demand increased significantly, one factory in Duong Xa, Gia Lam, Ha Noi was not enough, so the Company has expanded two factory, one of which is in Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai and the other is placed in Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen.
** After nearly 20 years of operation, the Company has successfully built its own nationwide brands and distribution network. To date, Everpia Vietnam is the biggest padding and bedding company and leads the related markets in both the North and South of Vietnam.
** Making every effort to meet the demand of domestic customers and exportation, Everpia Vietnam has the honor of winning the Gold Cup of Global Economic Integration and the Gold Cup of WTO Standards on Intellectual Property Protection.
** Everpia Vietnam is trying to develop steadily to be the most favorite enterprise in Vietnam and now is listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), stock code: EVE.
ESTABLISHMENT & DEVELOPMENT
* 1993. Dec.: Established Hanoi factory of Viko Moolsan Co., Ltd. by 100% of Korean fund
* 1999. Jul.: Launched a bedding brand EVERON, with the advantages of exceeding quality and reasonable price, EVERON become the most popular bedding brand in Vietnam with more than 550 exclusive agents nationwide. EVERON was chosen as one of 500 famous brand names in Vietnam
* 2006. Mar.: Reacquired license for Thermolite brand of Invista for padding goods (new name of Dupont)
* 2007. May.: Converted the company mode to a joint stock company and renamed to Everpia Vietnam JSC.
* 2008. Aug.: Acquired ISO 9001:2000 (currently is 9001:2008) by TQSC International Ply. Co., Ltd
* 2008. Sep.: Acquired license for Dacron brand of Invista for bedding goods
* 2009. Feb.: Invested to a subsidiary Mattpia Vietnam JSC which specializes in spring mattress production
* 2010. Jun.: Acquired license for ADVANSA brand of Advansa for bedding goods
